Kelly's Lot was formed in 1994 by Kelly Zirbes, a folk singer/songwriter with a heart for the blues. Texas musician, engineer and producer, Perry Robertson, joined the band in 1997 after producing Kelly's Lot 'Live at The Troubador' The band has toured in the USA and Europe as an acoustic and electric group and has played live for 29 years at a variety of venues and festivals including Waterfront Blues Festival, Simi Valley Cajun and Blues Festival, Nuits de Sologne and Lavaudieu Music Festival. They have recorded a few LIVE albums including 'Live in Brussels at The Montmarte Cafe'. In 2019 they released 'Can't Take My Soul’ which brought the Duo back to it's Folk/Rock roots, with the Blues leading the way. They recorded 2 more albums during the 2020/21 pandemic which have received lots of recognition and airplay. The first, ‘ANOTHER SKY’, features a variety of Americana genres and the folk song 'Foolish Try' which was placed in the new movie 'Ghostbusters; Afterlife '. 'WHERE AND WHEN’ came next which took the Duo back to the blues in a LIVE and acoustic fashion. Kelly and Perry are hitting the road in the Summer of 2023 to bring their music to folks across the world stage including in France for acoustic shows with Jean Francois Thomas (Jeff Toto Blues)
